Why No Doses Are Listed: What It Means For Buyers
Gelataro names Apple Cider Vinegar, Pectin and Citric Acid, but no amount is published for any of them — there is no Supplement Facts panel at all.
Understanding why this gap matters more for a fiber product specifically, and how to weigh it as a buyer.
Naming ingredients is not the same as dosing them
Gelataro's page names all three of its ingredients openly — that's real disclosure, more than some competitors offer. But naming an ingredient and publishing how much of it is present are two different things, and Gelataro only does the first.
Why this hurts pectin's claim specifically
Pectin's satiety mechanism is genuinely dose-dependent: a gram and five grams do different jobs, and the missing figure here costs this ingredient more than any other on the label. Without it, there's no way to separate the pectin doing dietary work from the pectin simply holding the gummy together.
Why the servings-per-bottle count also matters
The bundle sizes imply 30 gummies per bottle at one a day across 60, 90 and 180-day supplies. The brand's page never states this outright, so we treat it as an implication rather than a published fact.
