Gelataro Ingredients
Gelataro names three ingredients; two carry genuine, modest research support.
None of the three carry a stated milligram amount, worth knowing before you buy.
Naming ingredients is not the same as a Supplement Facts panel
Gelataro names all three ingredients on its pages: Apple Cider Vinegar, Pectin and Citric Acid. That's real disclosure — but not one of the three carries a stated milligram amount. For a fiber product specifically, that gap matters more than usual: a gram and five grams of pectin do very different jobs.
All 3 ingredients, graded
Apple Cider Vinegar — Modest
Framed by the brand as the primary engine of the formula. The defensible half: acetic acid taken with a meal modestly blunts the glucose rise from it. A measurable lift in calories burned isn't established at food-supplied levels.
Pectin — Modest, dose-dependent
A soluble fiber that gels with water and slows gastric emptying — a real, well-documented mechanism. The satiety effect is genuine but entirely dose-dependent, and no gram figure is published.
Citric Acid — Minimal
A widely used food acidulant that sets tartness and names a metabolic cycle every cell already runs. The brand credits it with pH balance and faster energy conversion — a long way short of a stamina or fat-burning claim.
Why the missing doses matter most for pectin
Pectin's satiety effect is genuinely dose-dependent. Without a gram figure, there's no way to separate the pectin doing dietary work from the pectin simply holding the gummy together. Read how the formula is meant to work next.
A note for anyone on medication
If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a diagnosed gut condition, talk to your doctor before starting. Soluble fiber can slow the absorption of anything taken alongside it.
